A great year of PE at the Wey Valley School

A great year of PE at the Wey Valley School

It has been another great year of PE and sporting success at the Wey Valley School with a number or boys, girls and mixed teams taking part in a variety of sports this year, from netball, football, cricket, gymnastics, tennis, basketball, mountain biking, sailing to name but a few!

Miss Claridge, Head of PE congratulated all students for their endeavours this year and thanked the PE team and coaches for their support and the many after school PE clubs that are well attended by students across all year groups. Miss Claridge added, ‘we have seen so many students take part in after school clubs and represent the school at local and regional competitions with some fantastic team and individual performances.  The PE team and I look forward to seeing our students develop further next year and see more success for the school.’

Here are a few sporting news stories from last year…..
